Pepper and Onions Are Good for Your Everyday Cooking

Pepper and onions are known to add flavor to foods and they have many health benefits. They make cooked foods to taste so delicious. Any food you cook without putting onions and pepper may likely not taste so good.
Although, it is possible for some people to cook their foods without pepper and it will still taste good, but i doubt if any food you cook without adding onions will still taste so good.
